Challenge
Aero Swing was a brand-new product launching on Amazon with no sales history, no reviews, and a very high Best Seller Rank (BSR). While the product itself was highly unique and genuinely useful, success on Amazon depends heavily on sales velocity, rankings, and social proof—none of which Aero Swing had at launch. Compounding the challenge, Amazon product launches are often costly due to aggressive advertising requirements in the early stages.

Solution
We implemented a lean, low-cost PPC strategy focused on driving high-intent traffic rather than volume alone. At the same time, we fully optimized the product listings, improved pricing strategy, and adjusted shipping fees to increase conversion rates.
As sales momentum began to build, the top-performing SKUs were transitioned to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), further improving delivery speed, customer trust, and overall conversion.

Results
Within 6 months, Aero Swing reached $15,000 in monthly sales. By month 12, revenue grew to $30,000 per month while maintaining a healthy 15% ACOS—establishing strong rankings, consistent sales velocity, and a scalable foundation for growth.
